Dion-Zois Villas are located in a quiet area, just a 5 minute walk from Finikounda village, and only 2 minutes away from the 2 km sandy beach of Anemomilos.
Dion-Zois Villas are surrounded by three taverns, Palamidi which is across from Dion-Zois, Theonis Corner which you come across to it going to the beach and on the beach Mitilini tavern.
Our self-catering apartments, each 50 m², are an ideal accommodation for families with children, or adults looking for more flexibility and space than a hotel can offer. All apartments offer air conditioning and hot water service. The enclosed garden has a generous swimming pool, a shaded picnic area and a large playground for children of all ages.
The garden is enclosed, with toddler secure gates and there is a shaded parking. The generous swimming pool (100m²) can be fenced for safety, and there is also a covered picnic area.
Garden toys keep any toddlers busy when you’re not looking after them in the paddling pool. Of course in the pool there are umbrellas and sun beds.

All prices are in euro / per room / per night and do not include accommodation tax 1,5 € per day levied by the state. Note that in order to validate your reservation and turn it into booking a 25% prepaid is required. We accept payments by deposit in banking account. The remaining balance must be settled within 2 days after arrival.
Our standard check-in time is 14:00 and check-out is until 11:00.
